In this paper, we consider bandwidth as a variable to minimize the tasks transferring time for data intensive applications. ). In cloud environment, there are some tasks schedulers that consider task types, priorities, and their dependencies to schedule tasks in optimal way considering their specific VM’s resources. In our proposed system, we design a schedulers’ blackboard, where all cloud schedulers (which manage VMs on clouds (see Fig. 1)) share their information about VMs, their features, and their tasks.
